You pay per booking on a prepaid balance model. Add funds to your account, and we deduct automatically based on your volume tier. First 10 bookings are free. Daily billing runs at 8 PM, and you get notifications when your balance is low.
Yes. Each dealership's data is completely isolated using multi-tenant architecture with per-org database scoping. We use industry-standard encryption, Firebase phone authentication, and self-issued JWTs with RS256 signing.
