Most dealerships are fully operational within one day. We set up your org, create user accounts for your staff, configure your vehicle catalog and pricing, and walk you through the first few bookings. The platform is designed for non-technical staff — no extensive training required.
Yes — your first 10 bookings are completely free. No credit card required to get started. This gives you enough room to run real bookings through the system and see the value before committing.
AutoMahn works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). It's also a Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be installed on Android and iOS phones. Mobile roles like Sales Agents get a phone-optimized layout designed for use on the showroom floor.
A booking progresses through four stages: RED (new booking, pending payments) → YELLOW (payment verified, workflows in progress) → GREEN (all clear — insurance, RTO, and PDI complete) → DELIVERED. Status is computed automatically based on workflow completion — no manual status updates needed.
The core workflow (booking → payment → insurance → RTO → PDI → delivery) is standardized to match Indian dealership operations. Within this framework, you can configure vehicle models, add-on types, pricing tiers, finance companies, and document requirements per outlet.
Customers provide their eAadhaar PDF during booking creation. AutoMahn extracts and verifies the details automatically — name, address, and Aadhaar number are populated from the document. PAN is collected separately. All documents are stored securely.
Once a booking reaches GREEN status (all prerequisites met), the Owner or GM can trigger a delivery OTP. The customer receives the OTP, which is entered at the dealership to confirm handover. The booking then moves to DELIVERED status with full audit trail.

The Owner or GM can assign users to one or more outlets through the User Management page. Each staff member can be mapped to multiple outlets — for example, a shared Insurance Agent can work across all your showrooms.
An organization in AutoMahn can have any number of outlets (showrooms). Each outlet has its own vehicle catalog, pricing overrides, team assignments, and document configuration. Billing and user management are centralized at the org level.
Yes. While the vehicle catalog (models, add-on types, variants) is shared across the org, each outlet can set its own ex-showroom pricing, RTO charges, and add-on variant prices. This lets you account for regional pricing differences across your showrooms.
Absolutely. Any user can be mapped to multiple outlets. This is common for roles like Insurance Agent, RTO Agent, and Accounts Team who may service multiple showrooms from a central back office.
You maintain a prepaid balance in your AutoMahn account. Each booking deducts a fixed amount based on your volume tier. Daily billing runs automatically at 8 PM IST. The more bookings you process, the lower the per-booking cost.
You'll receive warnings at configurable thresholds. If your balance reaches zero, new bookings are temporarily blocked until you top up — but existing bookings continue processing normally. Owners and GMs see a billing banner at the top of their dashboard.
Yes. Every new organization starts with 10 free bookings. No payment information required upfront. This lets you fully experience the platform with real bookings before making a commitment.
Yes. For large dealership chains or high-volume operations, we offer custom volume tiers. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
When a booking includes an insurance add-on, it automatically appears in the Insurance Agent's queue. The agent validates the premium amount, and once the policy is issued, uploads the insurance document. The booking's insurance prerequisite is marked complete.
RTO processing flows through the RTO Agent's queue. The agent approves the RTO application and uploads registration documents once ready. Status is tracked automatically — the booking detail page shows the current RTO state as a read-only status.
Yes. You can configure multiple finance companies in AutoMahn. When a booking is financed, the Finance Agent processes the application through a dedicated queue — verifying documentation, recording approval amounts, and tracking status through to disbursement.
AutoMahn uses multi-tenant architecture with strict per-org data scoping at the database level. Every query is automatically filtered by your organization ID. No dealership can ever access another's data — it's architecturally impossible.
Users authenticate via phone OTP powered by Firebase. The backend verifies the Firebase token and issues its own RS256-signed JWTs with role and outlet claims. Access tokens are short-lived and never stored in localStorage.
Yes. Reports can be generated and exported. The Owner and GM dashboards provide visibility into bookings, payments, and team performance data. If you need a bulk data export, contact our support team.
